Sliding Sash Tilt & Slide windows are a variant of Sliding Sash Spiral Balance windows with the extra feature of both sashes tilting, which makes their cleaning easier – they can be given a quick wipe down with a cloth and be gleaming again without stepping outside.

MATERIALS

Wood

The windows are made of pine, oak, meranti or any other timber available upon request. We use only the finest 80­100 year old timber? pest­free and FSC certified. FSC certification guarantees that timber comes from crops which do not disrupt the environmental balance.

Hardware

At Dayligh glazing Timber Windows we use Caldwell and Mighton hardware which is fitted to customer’s needs.

Glass

Windows may be single, double or triple-glazed. Triple-glazed units have the best thermal insulation. We offer a large selection of glass types:

– solar control

We also offer one­way mirrors and other types of custom made glass. Every window has an aluminum spacer bar which can be replaced with a warm spacer bar to increase thermal insulation.

COLOUR

Frames are available in a wide range of RAL colours. We use opaque and translucent Teknos Gori paints for they are extremely durable and resistant to fading. There is a possibility of designing dual colour window frames.
